Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- Handful of pepperonis
- Italian seasoning to taste
Optional add-ins
- 1 cup ground beef, turkey or sausage
- 1/2 cup of veggies
Preparation
- In a bowl or baking container, add cottage cheese to the bowl. Season with Italian seasoning and mix.
- Add in tomato sauce and any add-ins.
- Top with mozzarella and pepperoni.
- Cook for 3 minutes in the microwave or bake in the oven.
