Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- Dash of black pepper
- Splash of vanilla extract
- Drizzle of honey
Preparation
- Begin by pouring 2 cups of milk into a pot set over medium-low heat.
- Add in the turmeric, cinnamon, ground ginger, dash of black pepper and vanilla extract.
- Stir the mixture until well combined and bring it to a gentle simmer. This should take around 8-10 minutes.
- Once the mixture is simmering, drizzle the honey, and remove the pot from the heat and let it cool for 3-5 minutes.
- Pour the warm milk mixture into your favorite cup and sip slowly before bedtime.
- Relax and enjoy a restful night's sleep!
